When someone pretends to support you through your trauma to then just turn around and use that intimate information against you... Those really are one of the worst kinds of people. This piece was a lot of channeled words and rage, sadness and grief. Every time I don't stand up for myself I regret it. Every time I overshare too soon, I wish I hadn't- although I do learn valuable lessons in each one of these situations. And, they are humbling situations- surely. However, if more people actually allowed themselves to integrate their own bs, it would probably be a kinder world. Please, be gentle with yourself- but never give up on the work.
May this piece bring up sacred rage in it's owner so it can be healed and reclaimed. May the owner of this piece be brought safe space to express what needs to be expressed, and have the opportunity to change their own actions, the courage and bravery and resilience to set boundaries and hold them, and the ability to be present and process when in their tougher emotions.
