Sometimes I end up psychically channelling while I paint- and this is one of those paintings. There were memories of ancestral offerings I had given, received, and worked as offerings for others as well- all coming through to bring messages of my magick work grounding in the physical realm. This painting allowed me to understand where I was sitting with my magick at the time, and became a talisman so that the previous magick work could (finally) ground.
